AI does the busywork. Your people do the thinking.
For owners who want the numbers without the spreadsheet. We build live finance dashboards from your accounting, bank and operations data: cash, margin, receivables and forecast, refreshed every day.
For owner-led businesses that want numbers they can trust and fewer hours of typing, not another app.
AI handling the busywork
The problem
Your best people are buried in busywork.
They were hired to run the business and look after customers. Instead, hours every week go into typing, matching and chasing that a well-built system could do for them.
AI fix: read once, posted everywhere
Supplier bill
Accounting
Approvals
Payments
Typing it in twice
Bills, receipts and payments keyed into accounting by hand, then checked again against the bank and a spreadsheet.
AI fix: chasing on autopilot
Drafted in your tone, ready to send
Chasing by hand
Overdue invoices, missing receipts and stuck approvals that only move when someone remembers to chase them.
AI fix: live numbers

Ready for Monday
Numbers that arrive too late
Cash, margin and receivables pieced together in spreadsheets once a month, so decisions run on last month’s numbers.
Plenty of businesses already have AI tools. Far fewer have built them into how work actually gets done. The gap isn't access to AI. It's implementation, and the know-how of the people who run the work.

If AI took on
your team would get back 12 hours every week for analysis, customers and growth.
An estimate from your inputs, based on 48 working weeks. Not a promise of results. We'll check it against your real workflows on the call.

Our philosophy
Better people, not fewer.
We don't sell headcount reduction. Every engagement is designed around the people you already have, and measured by what they can now do: less manual work, faster and cleaner numbers, fewer late payments, and more time for creative, higher-value work.
Staffing decisions stay yours. Our job is to make your team's work better.
People first
We design around what your team can do, and measure success by time and capability returned to people.
Make it work
Judged by AI running inside real systems, not by slide decks.
Teach people to run it
Every workflow comes with a role playbook and training.

Who we work with
For the people who keep the numbers straight.
Owner-led and growing businesses, usually 10 to 200 people, where finance and operations run on a few good people and too many spreadsheets.
Owners and CEOs
Live numbers you trust, without waiting for month-end or building the spreadsheet yourself.
Finance leads and controllers
Fewer manual entries, a faster close and cleaner data, with you approving anything that matters.
Operations managers
Requests, approvals and admin that move on their own, and a weekly view of how operations are running.
Bookkeepers and outside accountants
We don’t replace them. They get cleaner books and fewer questions, and the accounting and tax judgement stays with them.
Small businesses
The first finance workflows automated and one dashboard you check every morning.
Growing businesses
More workflows across finance and operations, added step by step as the business grows.
Your tools, connected
No new app. AI works inside what you already run.
Pick your finance stack and see the first connections we would look at. If your tool isn't listed, that's normal. Most systems can be connected.

Examples, not partnerships. Product names belong to their owners, and every build is scoped to your accounts and permissions.
How it works
The first 60 days, step by step.
Setup is a defined piece of work with something you can hold at every step. After that, a monthly rhythm of building, training and reporting.
Day 1Day 60
By the end of setup your first workflows are running, your team has been trained on them, and you have a baseline to measure against.
1
Discovery
We interview you and your managers, map how the work actually flows, and list your systems and data, including what is sensitive.
You getA map of where your team’s time goes
2
Access, set up safely
Accounts and credentials are set up in your name, with only the access each workflow needs. We write down exactly what we can touch.
You getA signed record of what we can access
3
Your AI roadmap
A short, ranked list of what to automate, in what order and who owns each piece. Nothing gets built until you sign it off.
You getA written roadmap you approve
4
First workflows live
We build the first workflows, test them against written acceptance criteria, and switch them on once you’ve approved them.
You getWorking automations and a how-to guide for each
5
First training session
Hands-on, using your own workflows as the material, so the team learns on the work they actually do.
You getA team that knows how to use what we built
6
Baseline recorded
We record today’s numbers, like hours spent, days to close and overdue receivables, so every report after this compares against them.
You getYour before numbers, in writing
Every month
Build, train, report
New workflows, team training and a results report: hours saved, days to close, and the cash and margin numbers you care about.

Review the roadmap
A sit-down with you on what is working, what isn’t, and what to automate next.
If you ever leave
It stays yours
Workflows run in accounts you own. We hand over the documentation and configurations, so nothing stops working when we do.
Every month
A report you can read in five minutes.
Each month you get a plain report measured against the baseline from setup: what ran, what it saved, what went wrong and what happens next.
It includes the misses. If a workflow isn't earning its keep, the report says so, and we fix it or switch it off.

Straight answers
The questions owners and finance leads ask first.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather tell you AI isn't the answer than sell you something that won't earn its keep.
No. We don't sell headcount reduction. We design every workflow around the people you already have, and measure success by the time and capability we give back to them. Staffing decisions stay yours.
Do you replace our bookkeeper or accountant?
No. We’re not an accounting firm, and we don’t do your books or your taxes. We automate the work around them, so your bookkeeper or accountant gets cleaner data and fewer manual entries. The accounting and tax judgement stays with them.
Do we have to switch software or learn a new app?
No. We build inside the tools you already run: your accounting, bank, payroll and operations systems, and the spreadsheets you rely on. If a tool genuinely gets in the way, we'll tell you why before suggesting anything new.
Is our financial data safe?
We work with least-privilege access, read-only wherever possible, so a workflow only touches what it needs. No payment is made without a person approving it. Nothing consequential changes in your systems without your written approval, and the accounts and data stay yours. How we handle security.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every workflow is scoped and reviewed before it goes live, and you decide where a person approves before anything is sent. We monitor what runs and improve it every month.
Can you build dashboards on top of our existing systems?
Yes. Dashboards pull from what you already use, such as your accounting system, bank feeds, payroll and spreadsheets, and refresh on a schedule. We check the totals agree with your books before you rely on them.
How soon will something actually be working?
The setup ends with your first workflows live, not a slide deck. We agree the order and timing with you on the first call, starting with the busywork that costs you the most time.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup, then a monthly retainer for ongoing automation and training. Or a single package for one specific job. It's scoped to your business after the first call, so you see the number before you commit.
My team isn't technical. Does that matter?
Not at all. That's what the training is for. Every workflow comes with a plain how-to guide and hands-on sessions in your own tools, plus ongoing support when questions come up.
What happens on the first call?
We look at where manual work piles up in your business and whether WTSync is the right fit. You'll leave with a clearer view of what's worth automating first, whether or not we work together.
