What this website collects.
Very little, and nothing that follows you around the internet. This page covers the WTSync website. Client work is covered by each client's own agreement.
- No cookies and no advertising trackers.
- Anonymous visit counts, so we can see which pages help.
- If you book a call, Calendly collects what you type into the booking form.
- We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Anonymous analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, and we don't use it to identify you or follow you to other sites. It records things like the page viewed, the site that sent you, your country, and your type of device and browser.
We also count a few anonymous actions: clicks on "Book a call", which package demo you opened, the focus or tools you picked, and the package the "first automation" questions suggested. These tell us which parts of the site are useful. They are not linked to your name or email.
Stored in your own browser
If you pick a focus, such as finance dashboards, your browser remembers that choice so the examples match next time. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us. The numbers you enter in the cost calculator and your answers to the questions also stay in your browser.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email and anything you add to the form, and shares it with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy notice. We keep it only as long as we need it to follow up with you.
Newsletter
The newsletter is hosted on Substack. If you subscribe, Substack holds your email address under its privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
- We don't sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We don't add you to a mailing list because you booked a call.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@wtsync.com and we'll reply within a few business days. To clear the choice stored in your browser, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
